Terms and Conditions for Consultations

Bookings and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking and places are not able to be held or reserved without payment. Once payment is received, participants will be provided with a link to access the session on the identified day and time will be sent. This link is personal and cannot be shared with anyone else.

Cancellation, Changes and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants

We respectfully request the following written notification of cancellations.

  • Individual consultation/supervision sessions: 48 hours notice

  • Group Consultation sessions: 7 days

  • Online webinars: 21 days

Cancellations outside of this timeframe will be charged at 100% of the cost. Cancellations within those timeframes can be transferred to another services or will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee

Those purchasing a recorded webinar cannot receive a refund after the link with access to the recording has been sent.

Changes and Cancellation by Nadine Delaney

Nadine Delaney reserves the right to make any reasonable changes to any events, programs, webinars, or consultations and is able to cancel, reschedule or change an event. This can be done for numerous reasons, including not having sufficient registrations that meet the minimum number. In the event of any changes, a full refund will be provided and we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity using the contact information supplied by you at the time of booking. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and to regularly check your emails for any notification of changes.

Privacy

Clients may be discussed during consultations and webinars in a deidentified manner. It is very important that this information remains confidential.

Webinars and some consultation groups are recorded. By registering and making payment to attended, participants are agreeing to the recording being made and this recording being distributed to those who have registered and paid, for a limited time (generally 30 days).

Hunter Valley Children's Therapies handles the personal information provided by consumers according to our privacy policy 2021. By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are accepting this Privacy Policy, and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Nadine Delaney holds the intellectually property for the content of webinars and the materials, unless otherwise stated. Participants are not allowed to use any materials for other than personal use or to copy or distribute to others.

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording or broadcasting audio or video or any part of Nadine Delaney's recorded material. By making payment to attend the event, the participant affirms that they will not, in any form, record any part of the workshop, webinar, or consultation.

Equal Access

Any person with specific needs as a result of a disability or those who are financially disadvantaged, who wish to participate however can foresee some challenges in doing so, please contact Nadine at admin@hvct.com.au to discuss your needs so we can tailor a way forward.

Terms and Conditions for Product Purchases

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Hunter Valley Children’s Therapies you may return it in ‘a saleable condition’ within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund the cost of the materials returned.

When returning items please include a copy of the invoice. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Defective items will be replaced or the purchase price (including shipping and handling) refunded.

We are only able to provide invoices for Australian organisations.
